MEN ABDOMINAL DEFINITION (SIXPACK)
It’s a liposculpting procedure that can give an athletic, tighter and more muscular appearance to your stomach, as excess fat is removed from your abdominal area. It is the perfect procedure for those who no amount of dieting and exercise can give the desired look.
This is a one hour surgery, in which your surgeon will make several small incisions in your belly button and remove the fat through the cannulas inserted in the incisions.
CANDIDACY
The perfect candidate to this procedure should have less than 18% of body fat, and should be somewhat fit and have just small pockets of fat in the abdominal area. If you don’t meet this criteria, our surgeons can advise you on which procedure is better for your situation and goals.
RECOVERY TIME
After the surgery is completely normal to feel some pain, swelling and bruising, but they will go away with proper care and medication. You won’t be allowed to lift more than 10 pounds, along with some other activities that could risk your health and recovery. You will be instructed to wear a compression garment for at least three weeks and will be able to go back to normal activities within one to three weeks.
